Keith brings more than 35 years of leadership experience across luxury resorts, hotels, country clubs, and senior living communities. He successfully created, launched and managed all operational components of Prana Maya Island Resort, a new luxury resort, resulting in its membership in the prestigious Relais & Châteaux, the first and only property in Belize to be invited into membership. Keith continues to serve as an operational consultant for the rebirth of a historic home and resort development in Northwest Georgia, Happy Valley Farms.
His background includes serving as Executive Director of Renaissance on Peachtree, a 250-suite luxury senior living community in Buckhead, and General Manager roles at Parc at Piedmont, Indian Hills Country Club, Currahee Golf Club, and Pursell Farms/FarmLinks Golf Club. He has also held senior leadership positions as Chief Operating Officer of Gorham’s Bluff and General Manager at both Barnsley Resort and Blackberry Farm.
Keith began his career with The Ritz-Carlton Hotels of Atlanta, holding leadership roles in food and beverage, sales, and conference services. Throughout his career, the properties he has led have earned national recognition for excellence in service, culinary performance, and club operations.
A native of Duquesne, Pennsylvania, Keith is a graduate of Clarion University and resides in Marietta, Georgia.

Ginny brings more than 35 years of experience in the hospitality industry, beginning with the opening team of The Ritz-Carlton, Buckhead and a decade with The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company. She has a proven, results-driven track record in growing business within luxury meetings, events, and real estate markets, and is widely recognized for building strategic partnerships and long-term client relationships.
She has played a key role in launching and positioning premier destinations, including Prana Maya Island Resort in Belize and Blackberry Farm in Tennessee—both accepted into the prestigious Relais & Châteaux association. Ginny also established the first Atlanta-based regional sales office for The Cloister at Sea Island and led the Atlanta sales and marketing office for Reynolds Lake Oconee’s luxury real estate division for nearly 12 years.
Her career includes the successful creation and launch of The Southern Living Hotel Collection for Southern Living Magazine, followed by a leadership role at Barnsley Resort, where she drove significant business growth and supported a successful property expansion in 2018. Since 2022, Ginny has served as a senior executive with Event Concept Design Partners and as Managing Partner of Ashlex Consulting Group, providing site selection, event management, and hospitality consulting services nationwide.
An active industry leader, Ginny has served on multiple professional boards, including MPI Georgia, SITE Southeast, Pace Cetters Atlanta, and the Buckhead Business Association. Her contributions have been widely recognized, including SITE Southeast’s Volunteer of the Year (2023), Lifetime Achievement Award (2021), and Emerging Member of the Year (2015). MPI Georgia honored her with its Hall of Fame Lifetime Achievement Award (2017), Supplier of the Year (2016), and the Hayward C. Cox Continuing Quality Award. Ginny is a graduate of Clemson University and resides in Marietta, Georgia.
